Can Eithics migrate both between on-premises versions and to SharePoint Online?
Yes. The migration path can be between different SharePoint on-premises versions or from an on-premises farm to SharePoint Online. The target is chosen from the organisation’s technical, compliance and operational constraints.
Do you only use standard migration tools?
No. We use standard tooling when it is the safest and most efficient fit. For complex mappings, transformations, validations or source conditions, Eithics can build custom migration tooling with PnP PowerShell.
How do you reduce migration downtime and risk?
The approach uses inventory, a representative pilot, controlled migration waves, delta runs and explicit validation. Cutover is treated as an operational process, not only a content-copy operation.
What happens to old customisations?
Each customisation is assessed against the future operating model. It may be replaced with native Microsoft 365 capabilities, rebuilt, redesigned, isolated for a later phase or retired when it no longer creates value.
